The Government of Tamil Nadu has announced the winners of this year’s Kalaimaamani Awards, among the highest awards by the State Government that recognizes the excellence in the fields of art and literature.

Actors who won this prestigious award include Asin, Nayantara, Meera Jasmine, Shobana, Pasupathy, Saroja Devi, Vyapuri, Bharath, Sundar C., Anu Haasan (small screen) and Abhishek (small screen).
