Ramamurthy, belonging to Hindu Makkal Katchi has filed a complaint against her in the police station located near by Anna Square. Police has formally accepted the complaint.
Now Shriya might be called up for an enquiry.
It may be recalled that young actresses attending the public functions in glamorous outfits, is not a new phenomenon. Moreover, the film world portrays them as glam dolls and the fans are obviously enjoying such portrayals albeit with some protests here and there.
Since the overall outlook towards girls' dressing has gone through a sea of change, incidents like Shreya's glamorous appearances in public functions needed to be viewed in this backdrop as well.
