Swathi, who has attracted the people with her realistic acting in the film Subramaniapuram. She made her debut . But after this film, she did not accept any films in Tamil. Now again she is acting in the Tamil film Poraali in Samudrakani direction. Sasikumar and Allari Naresh are starring in this film.
Actress Swathi while speaking said, "After Subramaniapuram I had got more than 20 offers in Tamil. But my only condition was that there shouldn’t be even a bit of glamour in the role. I wanted the roles which were like my role in Subramaniapuram.
Since I did not get the roles which I had expected I started acting in Kannada films. Now I am back in Tamil because this was a Sasikumar’s film."
